Tobias kuipers (Software Improvement Group)

Dr. Tobias Kuipers is the CTO and co-founder of SIG since 2001. He received a PhD. in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam in 2002. As CTO he is responsible for the delivery of all services and products of SIG. Tobias advises software consuming organisations on how to procure, build and maintain software systems cost-effectively and with low risk. Based on in-depth knowledge of software technology and solid analytics, while focussing on the business goals. Tobias publishes on a regular basis and is a frequent guest lecturer at various universities.
